How to Begin

Starting Your New Custom Home
  1. Call Wm. King - Colegrove, LLC at (928) 773-1993.

  2. Set up a meeting with Bill King, Jody King Colegrove and Don Colegrove.

  3. Meet at your lot or in our office with your notes, pictures, books and
    ideas for your new home.

  4. Review your ideas and lot and decide how to combine them
    to best utilize the assets of your lot.

  5. Sign a design contract to start developing a preliminary drawing.

  6. If you already have plans, review them to see if you desire any
    changes or if there are ways of saving any time or money.

  7. Meet to review the preliminary design of your new home.

  8. Once all the corrections and changes have been made to the preliminary
    drawings, a full set of plans is completed.

  9. Review of the full set of drawings.
