| Wm. King - Colegrove, LLC takes the professional team approach to the design/build process. Don Colegrove and Jody King Colegrove, as owners, are both licensed contractors. Don has a Doctorate in Education and Jody has a degree in Business Administration as well as her Graduate Builder’s Certificate. Don, as a former educator, puts those skills to work in communicating and educating the staff and tradesmen on the tasks at hand. Jody assists clients in making material and color selections, and also tracks budgetary items. Bill King, the designer, is a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design and a Senior Life director of the National Association of Home Builders. He has developed the architecture for more than 300 custom homes and town homes in Flagstaff. Dorane King serves as the business manager and publicity director. The staff of construction supervisors and carpenters have an impressive number of years’ experience in high quality home building.
